Fostering growth: the great mission

Reading the pages that Pope Francis wrote for the pastoral care of the couples we often discover some precious pearls: they invite us to stop and to reflect on his words opening new horizons on the meaning of married life. One of these pearls is in number 221 of Amoris Laetitia where the Pope writes: “Might we say that the greatest mission of two people in love is to help one another become, respectively, more a man and more a woman? Fostering growth means helping a person to shape his or her own identity”. (continue)
