The care of creation and us

In about two months winter will end. I am afraid that next summer will be as the previous one with prolonged drought, severe flooding and hailstorms. The global climate emergency should be the first thought of the politicians but it seems that they are unable to bind agreement bringing all nations together to combat climate change. As a Christian I should be optimistic but, on the contrary, I feel discouraged and powerless. What can I do in my own small way? A. G. We can do small things to help to stop climate change: we can adopt a simple, sustainable life style keeping feelings of trust despite the seriousness of the situation. As Jesus’ disciples we are called to be vigilant without being anguished. The world we live in has been entrusted to us and its care also depends upon us but not only upon us!
