The garden of your thoughts

“Cultivate the garden of your thoughts, warm the green house of your heart, protect the meadow of your soul, nobody will be able to steal its beauty”. With these words of Don Bosco I would like to reflect with you on the importance of looking to the future with an open mind and with hope for the well being of our spirit. We will keep hope by building inner spaces where thoughts of love and freedom can navigate. In times of sadness and distress it is not easy to maintain hope for the future, we feel grief and with grief feelings of hopelessness and resignation can emerge. Only constance can help us not to fall into despair and to support suffering people to maintain hope. (continue)
